Just closed on a condo in the Charlotte Avenue Condos. She was a great realtor, showing me over 40 places in the two days I was able to visit charlotte before moving here. She worked it out so I could rent the unit I was buying for 3 months until I got my paystubs from my new job. I got the unit 10k less than the appraisal value and it was all due to her negotiating skills. There were a few places that I almost reacted emotionally on but she was a great advisor to keep me grounded and not overpay for something that id regret later when realizing the negative equity.
